Special ceremony last month at The Company of St. Ursula:
Planting in Kenya
The seed of a new Company of St. Ursula is being planted in Kenya. In a ceremony during Mass on September 27, Perpetua made her first consecration (for two years), and Eunice was admitted. A third www.iqoption.net/demo-account woman presented herself as a candidate.
This planting is under the care of the General Council of the Federation, represented by US member Mary-Cabrini.
Relatives and friends of the new members and the clergy concelebrants all gave an enthusiastic welcome to the Company and expressed the conviction that many Kenyan women will find their vocation in this way of life.
Groups of secular Ursulines in Congo, Cameroun, Burundi, and Madagascar demonstrate that Africa is the garden in which the Company is growing most rapidly.
